1. Try before you pay
Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full features and no credit card required. We encourage you to evaluate MatrixNet CMS thoroughly during the trial — it is the best way to be sure the product fits your business before any money changes hands.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you purchase a subscription and MatrixNet CMS is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment — no questions asked. This applies to your first purchase of any plan (monthly or annual).
3. Renewals
Subscription renewals are not automatically refundable, because you can cancel at any time before the renewal date from your billing settings. However, if a renewal was charged in error — for example, you cancelled before the renewal date but were still billed — contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full.
4. Annual plans
Beyond the first 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the term, but you keep full access until the term ends and the plan simply does not renew after cancellation. In exceptional circumstances (such as prolonged service unavailability attributable to us), we may issue prorated refunds at our discretion.
5. How to request a refund
- Email info@matrixnet.com.np from the email address on the account, with the subject "Refund request", or reply to your Paddle receipt.
- Include your company workspace name and the approximate purchase date.
- Eligible refunds are processed through Paddle, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
6. What refunds don't cover
- Charges older than 14 days (except erroneous renewals as described above).
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
- Bank or currency-conversion fees charged by your card issuer.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country. Where such laws grant you greater rights, those rights prevail.
